Hi All,
This is a great ride,
I have some suggestions after having spent months of our lives, in places like the Ronadl Mc Donald House.
Stuffed amimals are nice, But many times there older brothers and sisters with the family too,
and the last thing they want are little kid toys,
My suggestion would be gift cards to grocery stores, Target, or something  like a i tunes card.
The reason i metion grocery cards ,is because staying at ronald mc donald house. you still have to cook,
And that helps the famlies buy some good food,
Being alone in a big strange city while receving medical services, is hard, any time of year,
Thease are just some things that made my stay more pleasent,
Another suggestion , would be is maybe do a ride to one of the 2 Ronald Mc Donald Houses and cook a meal for the famlies staying at the house.
Thanks for letting me put in my 2 cents worth.
You guys and gals are the best,
Annie

Scoot For Toys goes to the Ronald McDonald house.  The Turkey scoot is actually a different ride.   Smiley

But good ideas jsut the same.

Okay, folks the word is out.  Start collecting items to donate (list is in the first post).  Last year we had nine scooters on the ride.  Let see if we can hit fifteen!   Smiley

I know it's only Monday and all, but if the weather should work against us, we will still do the run, but in cages.  Maybe we can carpool and all.  But we WILL meet one way or the other on Saturday at 10am at Sportique (food!) and then will scoot/drive to CHF with our donations!

Groan!   I usually respond to a pun with another pun or three, but I can't think of one come-back for this one...
